Delivery 
Our standard delivery charge is £4.95 . Your item will be dispatch within 3-4 working days direct from our shop . If you have chosen a dropping item we will contact you irregardless to a delivery date. We use Hermes , yodel and DHL for delivery depending on number of orders being dispatched . Any questions relating to our delivery please contact us .
Furniture
Our furniture is despatched directly from our suppliers . Once ordered we will contact you with an estemated time scale before confirming exact delivery date. Furniture does not pass through our hands so please check your order once arrived and report any issue within 24hours. If your delivery date is to long or you change your mind before delivery please notify us within 24hours of purchasing . This does not exclude your 14 day returns policy.
We are able to deliver the majority of orders using our own UK logistics fleet within 7-10 days from order confirmation, by our highly skilled delivery and installation team.

Some orders, if required more quickly or if in remote areas, will be despatched via a third-party pallet network or courier, these deliveries can normally be arranged within 48-72 hours subject to stock availability (excluding oversize furniture)

Operational 24 hours a day with fully trained warehouse staff, all items are picked and packed safely and efficiently.
Your Right To Cancel Your Order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
_You have the right to cancel your order under these regulations.
_However, this cancellation right does not apply to Made to Measure or Personalised products that you order.
-The cancellation period will expire 14 days after the goods are received by you or by a third party nominated by you to receive the goods.
-If your order is for multiple goods for separate delivery, the cancellation period will end 14 days after receipt of the last item.
-You must clearly communicate your decision to cancel to us before the end of the cancellation period, for example by sending us a letter to 49 Fleet Road, Fleet, GU51 3PJ or an email to enquires@omalleyhomeandgift.co.uk
-If you cancel, we will reimburse any payment received, including the standard delivery charge, by the original means of payment.
-Where the products have not been delivered, the reimbursement will be made within 14 days of the cancellation.
-Where the products have been delivered, the reimbursement will be made within 14 days of us receiving the goods back.
-You are responsible for returning the products back to us if you cancel under these Regulations to the address of 49 Fleet Road, Fleet, GU51 3PJ.
-If you use our courier to return the goods, you will be responsible for the cost of the return.
-Additionally, we may make a deduction for any loss in value of the goods arising from any unnecessary handling by you.
Warranty
-All of our bespoke and personalised products carry a 6 month warranty period. This is against faulty workmanship or faulty materials. This warranty period starts from the date of delivery.
-In the event of a claim under this warranty, please contact us by email enquires@omalleyhomeandgift.co.uk
-Warranties may not be assigned to a third-party.
-Our warranty does not cover general wear and tear, neglect or abuse of your product, loss or damage due to unreasonable exposure to water or weather, loss or damage due to fire, sunlight or damage by animals or insects, theft or accidental damage or loss caused by a third-party.
-Our duty under this warranty is, at our option
-To repair or replace the defective product if returned to us (postage and insurance paid by you).
-Delivery of a replacement within 30 working days at our expense.
-A refund of the purchased price if the product is returned to us (postage and insurance paid by you).
-We are not liable for any claim, loss or damage of a product. Or for other costs or any other indirect damages caused by the product. This is with the exception of the aforementioned warranty of faulty workmanship or faulty materials within 6 months.
-You the buyer agree that all liability of ours and our affiliates under this agreement will be limited to the money paid to us for the product purchased.
-Please read the care instructions supplied with your products as any damage caused by not adhering to these will not be covered by this warranty
Broken or damged items due to P&P
Where possible we will always try to replace any damged product. If however the item is not in stock we will then issue a full refund for the product via original payment method. Excluding postage 
All damaged items must be reported in the first 24hours of recieving with images of the damage emailed to enquires@omalleyhomeandgift.co.uk
